Seems more likely. If Natalie goes, Parvati is involved because of what Jason said in interviews about Parvati blindsiding Nat. If Alexis goes, how is Nat really blindsided by Parvati? She should almost expect...

I'm thinking Natalie might go home. They had to have showed her as a power player last episode for some reason. Maybe its to show that shes power hungry and t leads to her downfall.

^Unless of course you want to downsize Natalie's "alliance" to make her feel more vulnerable. You take out some one who's more inclined to follow your strategies than to take any initiatives with the game.

They should target Natalie over Alexis, it really is dumb to vote out someone who would be horrible in future challenges.

If she's distracted by the injury, it's easier to pull off any strategizing or misdirection. Especially if her ally is distracted by being comforting to her.

I don't see why an injury would make people want to vote out Alexis. If her knee is really bad, she probably won't win immunity, and if you send her to Exile Island, she probably won't be able to schlep all over a lagoon to look for the idol.

It doesn't say the people who are injured are necessarily the people whose positions are threatened. Couldn't Natalie be the one whose position is threatened by Alexis's injury?

Two Castaways' positions in the game are threatened in drastically different ways by serious injuries.

I'm going to guess that "the drastically different ways" James and Alexis are affected are that it ends his game and prolongs hers. If Alexis's injury significantly reduces the odds that she'll win challenges, Cirie/Amanda/Parvati may decide to blindside Natalie instead if Erik wins immunity.

This new promo seems to confirm that Amanda is the "desperate" one, or least that the "desperate" person is same person who finds the HII:

I think they're talking about Amanda, who feels desperate with Ozzy and James gone, and with feeling like she can't trust Parvati and Cirie. But instead of trying to vote out Parvati and Cirie, she's gonna go after Alexis instead, probably with the help of her newly found immunity idol.
