Blindsides are only fun when you are emotionally invested in the people involved in it - either the blindsider or the blindsidee.

Amanda blindsiding Alexis? Meh.

But then again, I HATE HATE HATE any season with returning players, so I'm biased.

I can't wait for S17 when we get back to the regular format.

Yes, One of best seasons ever. Yes they are retreads vs retards, but you need to appreciate the show for what it is. None of these people actually won a million. They are on the show because they were good tv, and they are good tv for the most part. Sheesh, this forum is called survivor sucks for a reason...

But we love it because it sucks, and this season has been SUCKTAKULAR!!!

Love this season. Pre-merge characters=loony entertainment (Chet dragging anyone?) Mid show=meh Post-merge=edging towards greatness.

All great shows including great sitcoms (Seinfeld, Cheers, Raymond) always had a few clunkers thrown in, this season has fewer clunkers than great episodes by far.

Love it.

I don't get all the love for blindsides - in a stratospherically self-absorbed and inept cast like this one, its no surprise that the fuckers have no idea they're going home. Blindsiding people who are actually playing the game instead of wanting to hook up, meet their idols and hang out in a little four clique is not a skill.

Thise season has been like a roller coaster for me. One minute something really shitty happens, the next, something marvellous happens. This episode was a prime example. James gets infectiowned = shitty, Alexis gets Amandaowned = marvellous.

I am definetly loving this season. I love seasons with "heart", like China, but just as much I love seasons with competitive gameplay, like this one.

Three players in this season (two were medical vaccination and one was quit). Later, three castaways were voted out in one single episode. First time in Survivor history since Fiji (my hated season), which the two were left the game (one was quit the game due to medical vaccination and the other one was voted out).

Don'tcha think? And I hate to say but the HII really has brought a new dimension to the show, it just hasn't shown as much until this season... I've been entertained for the entire episode for atleast 4 weeks straight and I haven't known who is leaving until the very last vote.
