I sprinkle them on stuff.

You can also soak them in water and they make a gel.

You can mix the gel into almost anything...it basically has no taste.

The usually nut-meggy taste of Dr. Pepper has been replaced with an
almost Coke like sweetness.
No discernable after taste. Like drinking a candy bar...
