why was Teri Hatcher singing? That's like having Ryan or Simon sing, which I might have donated $2 to see that. Maybe if they would have done things like that more people might have watched. Ann and Nancy still got it. Fergie didn't sound half bad herself, but I wasn't a fan of the gymnastic show she was putting on. However, I think it was more of her getting carried away than it was her trying to upstage the Wilson sisters. Oh, and Nancy is still hot.

I missed Annie Lennox the first time around, but after watching the link, I can easily say that was the most touching performance of the evening, in both the song and the video. It was a vast improvement over last...

I suppose this has been said before but:
- they should make Carly sit in a room and watch Ann Wilson videos for 24 hours until she gets it.
- they should make Brooke sit in a room and watch Annie Lennox videos for 24 hours until she gets it.

It works for Archuleta - studying videos - he's able to copy them note for note including the inflections and "emotion"...I'm sure Carly and Brooke would be able to as well. They apparently didn't have strict...

Upon rethinking Fergie's performance with Heart I don't actually think she was trying to upstage them. I think they genuinely are her Idols and she was loving performing with them. She definitely should have toned down her jumping around and shit but I don't think she was trying to be all "I'm better than Heart."
