so give me some other ideas.

Supper Club is at our house and I want pork chops, I was thinking about stuffing thick, bone-in chops with fontina and pancietta and baking. But I was
wondering if there are any other good recipes. I could grill them to I guess. Any marinades y'all have tried?

I'm just sorta over parm crusted/backed and dredged/fried

Use pork tenderloins instead.

Brown the loins in a pan.

Mix 2 TBSP of soy sauce, peanut butter (nuke it to soften). 1/2 tsp. of crushed red peppers and 3 to 4 cloves of minced garlic together.

Put the loin in a baking dish. Spread this above mix over them. Cook in over for 30 min. Take it out and spread over top either pineapple preserves or some
type of fruity preserve/ chutney over the loin and bake for 10 more minutes. It's damn good!

Supper Club is just 4 couples who get together once a month, we're old friends and since everybody has kids and whatnot we don't see each other as
often as we used to. It's not like a gourmet club or progressive dinner or anything. We go out sometimes even, it's the hosts choice and we rotate.
