vermont doesn't really do much in office stuff. it's odd that way. that's why i called first. i'm NOT taking him to the hospital if i can avoid it. the dr's would cost 40 bucks, the hospital? i'd need a fucking bank loan for that (of course i'll take him if it's unavoidable but jeesh).
i may go yell at everyone in the dr's office though.

That's kind of odd to me that they don't do cauterizing at the office. It's just a chemically treated swab thing, unless they've changed methods. I hope he doesn't have to have it done, I've heard it's pretty painful. As for the sickos, maybe they're peeps who are dehydrated or are having secondary infections brought on by the flu. Or maybe they're big babies. Anyway, best wishes to the boy.

so, no nosebleed yet today but i call his dr's office for information in case he gets another one. never heard anything like this, it may actually really be 'the stand'.

the nurse says they don't do cauterization in the office and i would need to go up to the hospital for that AND that they are requesting that if people can, to NOT come into the office at all due to the flu. they have NO sick appointments available for days, no regular appointments for weeks and 60...

My husband had rockstar nosebleeds in Calgary too. It was kind of annoying. They stopped when we left.

'thrilled' isn't a word i'd use. i talked to him; he thinks it's dryness too. we're getting a 'cool mist' humidifier. plus, his high school had some fire a bit back and everyone up there is talking about weird rashes they've been getting since then and they're testing the air in the school. hmmm...

so, say someone randomly gets a bunch of nose bleeds over the course of the past two days. not me and no drug use involved. should they go to the dr's or is it a case of 'suck it up buttercup, it's a nosebleed'? like, 5 nosebleeds. not just drips but whooshes.
