Romper Room was a show on TV in the 50's and 60's. It was like kindergarten on TV. A bunch of pre-schoolers doing things, being read to...kind of like an early Sesame Street.

We've got that CBS press photo of Alexis curled all over Jason, although we saw none of that on the broadcast. If the two of them appear chummy, I can definitely imagine Joel not mentioning this little plan to her. Tracy presented it as Joel needed to get one more person, and she would make his problem go away. He could have rationalized to himself that this was all it was, a one-time tactical move.

I wonder if Joel/Alexis/?? intentionally are playing a shorter term game, with the idea that as a pair they could go to a minority alliance of strong players, and become a majority (rather than sticking with a numerically larger alliance of weak Fan players).

But somehow, Alexis didn't vote with Joel this time. Either she is thinking for herself and breaking with Joel, or Joel didn't let her in on this one. Natalie did, however, vote with Joel....
