from the challenge board

I can see the RC for eps 5 is build it up, break it down
IC for 5 is eps Cat and mouse

RC for eps 6 Stones throw
IC for eps 6 under the stars

and eps 7 will be double boot with only one challenge "the gauntlet"

so i guess now they postpone the "build it up, break it down" till eps 6.

and cat and mouse become RC and Stones throw becomes IC.

So what are we making of the new tribes? Who goes where?

I seemed to recall that AMI and Erik wound up on the same tribe from promos after China aired. So does Erik go to Malaki? Probably.

I definitely think this is where our boy Chet could get the boot, and I don't think Jonathan does from that injury. It's a cut, maybe a bit deep, but nothing that would eject him from the game, per se. Threatens is a loosen term. ;)

Ok from my squinting at the challenge board I see another challenge rehearsed on the day after the switch called "A Stone's Throw". Based on the pics in the other thread, I think that the RC from the pics above is the "Build it up, Break it down" (or something like that) and the IC is "A Stone's Throw". I think I see "Cat and Mouse" as the RC for episode 6 (the day before the challenge day off on the board).

Yes, I think NuAirai wins this, and probably nearly every challenge til the merge. Call me Orange, but I feel it's another Koror-type situation on the horizon! Does Kathy melt down because they KEEP winning and she WANTS to be voted out??? Seems like she'll be totally loyal to her devoted Retreads...er, Faves...OR there may be a double boot where each tribe HAS to get rid of someone...Nearly this entire tribe survives almost intact, it seems...That would be Eliza, Jonathan, James,...

I did a slide show of all the images from that sequence. Kathy is holding something yellow and Jonathan's shirt gets darker as he turns. Same challenge.

On the optimistic side, New Airai appear to be very animated in that sequence. Is this the final leg in a race / chase with...

I'm wondering if the tripods and rails are some sort of set design unifying theme for this season. I thought we were seeing some of the same shapes in the wheel/lock/necklace challenge last week.

That shirt looks very different to me, but the general wood and rope structures look much the same, so I doeno.

At least some of those structures are the teepee and fence rail structures

Is Jonathan wearing a different shirt, or did he just roll the sleeves up? The color and collar look the same to me (fwtw). It doesn't look like he or anyone else is too concerned about the injury...

Similarly, does Kathy have a different top, or did she just take off her yellow shirt to do the challenge in her bathing suit top?

If someone is removed from the game it's possible they don't have another challenge. This is visual enough that it should have some footage in a promo. Crap earlier we had footage of a challenge two eps hence.
