I know I always thought that the reason they were doing the fans vs favs thing is because they couldn't find enough favs to play... but according to Probst that wasn't the case.

Candice is in med school right now. I believe she refused the offer. Someone correct me.

Courtney said no to another Survivor because it was too much too soon.
Courtney M. said she wouldn't the show again. (again, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I read it in one of her interviews)

Tom was the only winner who was offered a second chance so this implies that none of the other winners were asked to play again.

Julie wouldn't be able to do it due...
