If slow and steady is the winners quote that either fits Cire/Amanda. I don't think Parvati would be considered slow and steady with all of her alliances.

Actually, there were 53 days in between the two seasons. S15 finale was on December 16th. S16 premiered on February 7th.

But that's not even the point. Alexis was making a general statement about the favorites. You can nitpick and say it doesn't apply to James or Amanda, but that wasn't the editorial intent.

The average viewer doesn't know that Micronesia was filmed before the S15 results were announced, so Alexis' statement should be interpreted as a blanket statement applying to ALL of the favorites, including Amanda and James.

Ozzy's exit confessional comment about hating whoever turned on him could mean he votes for Parv and she wins. They do like to put stuff like that in: Jon/Sandra, JR/Todd.....probably more, but those are the two that came to mind.

Not an episode 1 quote, but Jonathan's "They have the better beach, but we have the better people" quote really stood out this episode.

I'm pretty sure the winner will come from new Airai (Parvati, Eliza or Alexis being the most likely candidates).

sun i think you have it there an i think slow and steady is a non fav, alot of the favs are acting like jackasses, they boot joel then bitch about not having a big man.

s9's was the most obvious though, because it showed Christ every time Jeff sad something about winner, and brooke everytime he said who would be voted out
