She wasn't there for Sarah's boot either. And Mario's right, Tammy and Robert voted for her the night Tammy left (which was indeed her birthday episode--as well as the one where Neleh offered her starving tribemates the mint she was chewing on).

Yes Vecepia received two votes in one of the middle episodes. For some reason, I think it was her birthday episode. Two of the Rotus voted for her because they accused her of not doing any work.

And to respond to a few posts back... DID Vecepia receive any votes at all? Because I was pretty sure she didn't ever get a vote cast against her. Neither did Tina or Ethan, and probably a few other winners. Richard, however, did receive several votes against him.

It is a beautiful in RL, but the whole bug thing is nonsense. Marquesas isn't any buggier than the rest of French Polynesia (i.e. Ranigora, Huahine, Tikehau, Moorea, and so forth), Micronesia, or in the deepest rainforests of the Amazon.

However, I guess it depends on how sweet one's blood is. Meaning, I never have been bitten by Mosquitos or Nonos whilst in the South Pacific, but it seems the whole cast had a problem. If they used the required oils and natural fires in...

What's funny about Marquesas is that the fans almost unanimously describe it as one of the most beautiful locations. To me, it seems like a place where they should always have Survivor. But if you listen to Jeff Probst, the place was a hell-hole. I remember when he ranked all the seasons a few years ago, he went out of his way to talk about how brutal the bugs were in Marquesas and how all the contestants were miserable. And how none of them ever wanted to go back there.
