			<description><![CDATA[ So, if you come up to your car before the ticket writer finishes writing the ticket, the ticket writer is supposed to NOT give you a ticket.  So the woman that
double-parked should not have gotten a ticket.  Then to show why the PPA is so hated, after writing the ticket the woman should not have received, he does not
write a ticket for the workers who were double-parked.

7 years ago from Vancouver, BC and love, love LOVE it (did I mention I love it?). You can pretty much park anywhere you want for however long (within reason)
with no recourse. Parking in Vancouver was a nightmare. That being said, I got (maybe) 1 or 2 tickets in the years I lived in the city because I paid for where
