I just watched the Jon takes half the kids to the Phillies game---and I know he's a douche, but Jon is such a better parent. It's shocking how more relaxed the kids are around him. The whole t hing is sort of sad.

I look for a quick settlement between TLC and Jon, now that TLC is being asked to provide certain information regarding their shady practices involved in the production of the show (i.e., scripted, no work permits for the kids, etc.)

I don't think for one minute that TLC is pissed that Jon is off being a douche, they are pissed they are not getting the ratings for it.

Seriously some of you people are on the same planet as Jon. TLC always showed Kate as the catty shrew that she is. Jon was always portrayed (and truthfully I believe) as the long suffering husband who put up with her crap. HE was the one who started fking 22 year olds, getting drunk, and hanging out with the likes of Michael Lohan, who recently did time in prison. you are still married and the father of eight young children-HE made himself look bad-not TLC. Do you blame...

Speaking of the dogs, I was surprised that Kate didn't insist that TLC bring in Ceasar Milan to train the dogs so she could have exposure on 2 shows.

Oh and they should really just rename the show 'Team Kate'. E! will have to follow up with 'Team Jon' of course, and the kids can just roll around in the background as usual.

It was good to see Jon with the kids, not complaining about what a burden the kids were, and letting them have fun. You watch the kids w/Jon and they seem happy. When they are with Kate it is like watching a teacher take a group of kids on a field trip. You obey the rules and listen to the teacher.

I love how Kate was able to hand out the bread at the restaurant etc without "Jon being there to help" cause you know they "had a process."c Oh ya, I remember that process. Kate would yell at Jon and he'd do everything or else.
Woe is me ,how did she do it now that she's ALONE ? Did she mention that ? Ugh !
And the part that she "had to be at the gym" with the kids cause "we do things a little...

And the 'scandal' breathed a bit of extra life into this show, which was going down the tubes. The kids were older, and the main draw was seeing them manage as regular people with 6 babies and 2 toddlers. The novelty had worn off.
