I missed a good 5 years so have no idea what you're talking about. they stopped broadcasting EE locally (SF Bay Area) a couple eyars ago, and at the time it was right after Dan kidnapped Mel and Steve Owen had to pay ransom to get her back. I think Steve Owen ended up getting killed shortly thereafter but we never got to see it. Boohooooooo....

Then by the time I found a place to start downloading current episodes, a few months ago, I'd missed a whole...

Is anybody watching this? I download it and watch it real time now. I'm desperate for someone to gossip with about it. I don't think Tanya really ran over Max but I can't figure out who she would be protecting, unless it was Abi or Lauren.

In Canada we are 2 years behind.

This weeks episodes originally aired the week of June 20th 2005.

I must say tis weird seeing the chic on Eastenders is the now the Bionic Woman.

I already have an idea of the general plotlines.... a few years ago they were showing EastEnders on BBC America (almost real time, just behind by a couple weeks) so I was toggling between the two - watching old episodes on public TV and the newer ones on BBC, and I spent time reading up on stuff on the BBC website. It sucks knowing what I'm missing out on seeing. The current plotlines that I'm reading about seem really dull. I hate that so many of the original characters are gone for...

This is one of my favorite shows! I believe people in the US are generally 4-5 years behind, and to different extents depending on where you are. I live in The SF Bay Area and until recently we were somewhere around 2001 - the last episode I saw was right when Steve and Mel are planning to leave Albert Square, and Mark told Pauline he and Lisa plan to go with them. I know something big is coming up but......

it seems to have been taken off the schedule... I'm devastated and...
