When the idiots comprising the Marquesas contestants debuted, I was relieved and reassured.

I don't think anyone alive and conscious that day will fully heal.

Everybody who has posted to this forum today was affected by 9/11. I was in lower Manhattan that morning, and I was a Ground Zero this afternoon. This tragedy is something we will continue to carry as long as our memories hold.

In the aftermath of 9/11, I couldn't turn on the TV for fear of being taken back to the horrors of that morning. "Survivor" was the only TV show that felt safe to watch.
